Ayuli Jemide is a corporate lawyer and transaction specialist with extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, and complex commercial transactions across Nigeria and emerging markets.
He is the Founding Partner of DETAIL Commercial Solicitors, established in 2005 as Nigeria’s first commercial law firm focused exclusively on non-courtroom practice. Under his leadership, the firm has advised on significant M&A and infrastructure mandates, strengthening its reputation for technical precision and strategic execution.
Ayuli serves as an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School in Madrid and is the author of LISTENEVERYHOW – How Negotiations Work. He was recognised by World Finance as “Best Lawyer, Nigeria” in 2013.
